God Bless Texas ❤️🙏🇺🇸A Great Stop Along the Way back East! Only disappointment was I didn’t run into !!!!! Austin did not disappoint as a big city - beautiful nature and clean for a large city. Such a beautiful Capital!!!! Great sightseeing and wonderful walking along the River and city!! Loved our drive through Historic Fredericksburg, Texas along the way❤️ Clouse

DON’T STOP BELIEVING!!!! How many times have you told yourself I’ll get started moving more, adding more steps into my day, adding strength training, more quiet time, eating healthier, drinking more H2O? How many times have you told yourself I’m too old to get started, I have health issues and I’m so out of shape so there’s no point??????????????!!!!!!. Please take it from me it’s NEVER too late to start LOVING yourself 🫶🏼and working toward Making A Stronger You and Body💪🏼🙌🏼❤️. You can do it and You are Worth it. Highly recommend this Outdoor Full Body Workout in a Winter Wonderland!❄️🏔 Shovel and move a wall of snow then walk and hike through the snow at high altitudes with your Furry friend !!!🐶✅💯Great for strength, core and conditioning and so pretty too ❤️💪🏼🙌🏼😊 💜

Here’s to Birthday #60 and Loving Life!❤️. What a year it has been a lot of Fun and Happy times with my family and friends. And a interesting year of new challenges and pain but a new understanding after extensive bloodwork -another autoimmune diagnosis of Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder Disease ( MCTD) but another year of Making A Strong Body and Never Giving Up and knowing I can still do this through him who gives me Strength !🙏💪🏼🙌🏼🏋️‍♀️❤️

Today is World Lupus Day and Awareness Month - I thought about not posting due to much negativity that I receive sometimes when I post. The more I thought abt this the more I knew I should post - People with Lupus struggle daily and it is called the Invisible disease for many. This past year has been a struggle for me and I was recently also diagnosed with MCTD ( Mixed Connective Tissue disorder) and been finally told to take meds to try to help. For those of you who choose to judge a book by a cover I encourage you to not do so /many of us struggle daily but choose to NEVER GIVE UP on MAKING A STRONG BODY 💪🏼🙌🏼💜
