My brother , who started sent me this moving post from . I read the caption, then read it again, slowly, carefully (I put it on the second slide for you to read). Then, I read it once more. Goosebumps came. Tears welled in my eyes.

Never doubt in your power of love. At the end of the day, it’s all that truly matters. Did you love well? It’s not about the power, the fame, the money, the followers. It’s about did you love well. Love well, my friends, love well! ♥️

Sending love and my July energy:
“Make space for the new. Expand. You were never meant to remain the same.”

Please remember that entext matters.
This is only a snippet of thought not complete at all and not all-inclusive merely meat to inspire you. What help you in your individual situation may differ. And as always this applies to all kinds of relationships. And rest. (I use ‚she’ as I often work with women , but this is not exclusive to any gender)
Take what helps and leave the rest.

Much love, your Susanne 💝🖤

🍃Such a beautiful, balanced way of setting boundaries and feeling your own strength all while remaining open and compassionate, even in the most difficult of times. This is my work right now. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

💕 Pick a couple of these to practice for a minute each, followed by another minute to feel what feels supportive for you. Then make the decision to be consistent in practicing, even once or twice a day.

•While co-regulation with others can be nurturing and is necessary for survival, learning how to support yourself in these ways are self-compassionate actions. AND, when you are regulated, others around you can more easily regulate themselves…WIN/WIN!

•I love easy to remember tools like these that you can use ANYWHERE. Smaller practices lead to big shifts, and, over time, profound changes in our inner atmosphere. 🌳

Live on .

• Let’s practice true embodiment meeting ourselves where we are.
• Let’s practice supporting ourselves to cultivate present moment awareness…the only place where life is happening.

On Glimmers 🤍

Glimmers were first coined by Deb Dana (“The Polyvagal Theory in Therapy”) and are the opposite of triggers.

They are small connections in the body that help the nervous system feel safer and calmer.🌱

Micro moments of awe that create a shift within that brings feelings of ease, calm & hope 🌱

Examples of glimmers: moments of nature’s beauty, a sunset, the stars in the sky, a beam of dancing light, a smile from a stranger, the warmth of the sun on your face, a random act of kindness, connection, your favourite song, freshly baked bread or a moment of peace/solitude amidst chaos 🌱

Let’s fill the comments with glimmers. What are yours? 🤍
