Some moments in this career mean more than others… this is one I’ll carry with me forever.

This beautiful woman is not just my patient- she’s my mom. She believed in me long before I ever became the surgeon I am today. Through every stage—every move across the country, grueling days and nights of residency, every moment of uncertainty—she showed up with limitless support, encouragement, and care.

Now, years later, I was able to do something for her.

When hesitation turns into confidence…

Our wonderful patient originally came in focused on improving the appearance of her neck and jowls. When chin augmentation was recommended, she hesitated-and that’s completely valid. It wasn’t part of her original vision. But instead of rushing the decision, we talked through the why—how balance and structure play a key role in achieving a natural result.

This is what true facial rejuvenation is about: not chasing features, but restoring harmony. My philosophy is to treat every patient like family. I only recommend what truly adds value and supports a natural, beautiful outcome.

Thrilled to share the beautiful 4-month post-operative results of this lovely patient.

She had previously undergone a and lower blepharoplasty with another surgeon and was seeking further refinement. She had also explored several non-surgical treatments—including threads, radiofrequency skin tightening, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers. While these modalities offer some benefit, they were ultimately unable to deliver the level of comprehensive facial rejuvenation she desired.

To restore harmony and youthful definition, I performed the following procedures:

➕ Extended deep plane – to sharpen the jawline and lift droopy cheeks

➕ Deep plane structural with submandibular gland reduction, hyoid setback, and platysmaplasty – to establish an elegant and slim contour

➕ Temporal lift – to open up her gorgeous eyes

➕ Chin implant — to stabilize the lower one third of the face

➕ Facial fat transfer — to optimize facial contours and rehabilitate the skin

➕ Earlobe reduction — icing on the cake to rejuvenate the droopy, deflated earlobes.

A closer look at our beautiful patient that was incredibly gracious to share her journey and reflections on all stages of her surgery- from initial consultation to nearly a year post-op.

Aging gradually altered her appearance through loss of skin elasticity, soft tissue descent, and volume redistribution to result in sagging skin, a heavy neck, under-eye bags. She wished to appear more youthful while maintaining a natural look. We performed the following procedures to achieve her goals:

➕ Extended deep plane – to sharpen the jawline and lift droopy cheeks

➕ Deep plane structural with – to debulk deep fat pads, reduce salivary glands, tighten the drooping platysma muscle and establish an elegant and slim contour

➕ Temporal lift – to open up her gorgeous green eyes

➕ Lower with fat transposition – to remove undereyebags while simultaneously restoring volume to the hollow region below

➕ Lip lift – to harmonize the upper lip with the remainder of the face

➕ Facial fat transfer — to enhance facial contours (especially midface and undereye) and impart a beautiful glow to the skin

A comprehensive EYE rejuvenation!

For years, this delightful patient felt that her heavy eyelids and undereye bags made her appear tired and aged beyond her years. If you look closely at the forehead, you will see quite of bit of straining present in her preop photos, as the brows are working hard to keep the heavy tissues and excess skin off the eyes. In the after photo, this strain is relieved and the eyes look relaxed and pleasant. These are the tiny details that make the biggest difference in one’s appearance without imparting the dreaded “operated look”.

I performed the following procedures to address her concerns:

➕Temporal lift: to reset the brows, alleviate heaviness and open up the outer corner of the eye

➕Upper blepharoplasty: to trim excess skin that was hiding her natural crease and impinging on her vision

➕Lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning: to remove while simultaneously restoring volume to the hollow region and trim excess skin

I am so happy for my beautiful patient and honored she chose me for her rejuvenation journey.
