Yesterday we said farewell to someone very special to the S3 family.

Mitzi has been an incredible part of S3 for over six years, serving in multiple roles and always stepping up wherever she was needed. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, dedication to our patients, and invaluable Spanish skills made a lasting impact on our team and the community we serve. None of it went unnoticed.

Mitzi, we will miss you dearly. Thank you for the heart, professionalism, and commitment you brought to S3 every single day. We are so proud of you as you launch your new business and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in this next chapter.
