Summer asks us to show up a little more boldly—shorts, swimsuits, bare legs and all. And for so many women, cellulite can make us want to hide instead of step into the sunshine. The truth? It’s incredibly common and beautifully human. But if it’s something that’s been holding you back, you deserve options.
Aveli targets the structural cause of cellulite by releasing the fibrous bands that create dimples, helping smooth the skin for long-lasting improvement.

Healing after breast cancer is about more than restoring what was lost — it’s about reclaiming connection to your body. 🤍
is an advanced innovation in breast reconstruction designed to help restore feeling after a mastectomy. Traditionally, while reconstruction can recreate the shape of the breast, sensation is often lost because the nerves are disrupted during surgery.
Resensation uses specialized nerve grafts to reconnect and support those nerves during reconstruction, giving them a pathway to potentially regenerate over time. For many patients, this can mean the return of protective sensation and a deeper sense of wholeness after their breast cancer journey.
Because reconstruction isn’t just about how you look — it’s about how you feel, too.
At APRS, we believe patients deserve thoughtful, innovative options that support healing in every sense of the word. If you’re exploring breast reconstruction after mastectomy, our team is here to guide you every step of the way. ✨

Reconstructive and cosmetic surgery often go hand in hand.
In this video, Dr. Ehanire explains how the principles used in reconstructive surgery—restoring form, function, and balance—also play a key role in achieving natural-looking cosmetic results. The same attention to detail, anatomy, and surgical precision helps ensure outcomes that not only enhance appearance but also support overall harmony.

This past weekend, Dr. Dumestre and Dr. Ehanire attended a conference on Resensation by Axogen, a cutting-edge technique in breast reconstruction.
After a mastectomy, many patients lose sensation in the breast because nerves are disrupted during surgery. Resensation uses nerve grafts to reconnect these nerves during reconstruction, giving the breast the potential to regain feeling over time.
Restoring sensation isn’t just about touch—it can improve overall quality of life, body confidence, and emotional well-being for breast cancer survivors.
Staying up-to-date on innovations like this ensures our patients have access to the latest advancements in breast reconstruction.
