Your genetic code is like a long line of light switches. If the wrong one turns on or off...boom...cancer (and a lot of other stuff like heart disease, diabetes, etc.). But your diet can help turn the right switches on and off.

It's been said that success is based on 20% skill and 80% strategy.

Losing weight doesn't take much skill. It takes a plan. That plan MUST include what you're going to do when you get off track. Like those New Year's Resolutions we all made a few weeks ago. How many of us are still going strong? The ones that knew it wasn't about being perfect, instead, having a plan to get back on track as fast as possible.

Forgive yourself for your mishaps. You got this. It was important to you on December 31st. It's still important today. Your next decision can be a good one!
