I’ve seen Dr. Bailey twice now, and have been extremely impressed with the way he cares for his patients.

Having had a few bad experiences with my previous primary care physician, I was nervous to switch over to him, but that didn’t last long. I have never had a doctor give me such comprehensive care.

During my yearly checkup he checked for things I’ve never had a doctor check for, explained everything to me very thoroughly, and was overall very kind. When I saw him today for a couple things I was concerned about, I felt that he listened, explained things, answered questions, and was helpful.

Overall, Dr. Bailey is fantastic, his receptionist is friendly and helpful, and the direct care model is a life-saver as someone who doesn’t have insurance. Highly recommend.

From the moment I called, I could tell this office was different — they genuinely wanted to help, not just rush me through an appointment. Even as a cash practice, they made the process affordable and transparent, and I never once felt like just another patient.

I spent maybe five minutes in the waiting room and a full hour with Dr. Bailey — which is the complete opposite of the usual office. He took his time, listened with compassion, explained everything clearly, and treated me like a human being, not a chart number.

Dr. Bailey is a rare gem in the Mahoning Valley patient, thorough, and truly devoted to helping people heal. Thank God I’ve found this practice.

He sat and talked with me for over an hour and laid out a real plan to try and make me feel better.
