You’re invited to walk or run this 5k with the OSCA, on the date and at the pace you choose! If you want to achieve a personal best, go for it! Remember, even if you’re slow, you’re still lapping everyone on the couch! The point is to enjoy movement and celebrate a healthy lifestyle.
All OSCA board members, districts, offices and members are encouraged to complete their race sometime in 2025. Staff, family, friends and patients are invited to join!
There are so many ways to participate:
Start a 5k training plan with this race as your goal. If you’re further along with endurance, complete this race as part of your training for a larger event on your calendar.
This event is a great way to encourage activity and motion for yourself, family, friends, and the patients you serve.
Each person can go at their own pace, at their convenience. Run, walk, or combine both at the park, in your neighborhood, on a track, or a treadmill.
