Join me at Wired Rooster on Sunday, March 1st for a 60-minute, all-levels Pilates class designed to improve mobility, build strength and calm your nervous system. This hybrid contemporary Pilates session blends mindful movement, low-impact bodyweight training and even a little yoga at the end to help you develop full-body awareness, stability and functional strength. Update: CLASS IS FULL 🎟️
This women-only class offers a mindful approach to movement, combining the fluidity of vinyasa with the stability of longer-held poses. Instead of moving quickly from one posture to the next, we slow things down, holding poses for 5–8 breaths to build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate deeper body awareness.
Expect fewer sun salutations and transitions, and more time to truly feel each pose, refine alignment, and connect breath with sensation. The pace is steady and intentional rather than fast or sweaty, making this class both grounding and strengthening without the intensity of a power yoga class.
This is an excellent introduction for anyone new to yoga, as well as a refreshing option for experienced practitioners looking to move more mindfully. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and more connected to your body.

We’re doing it again! 💕

Sunday February 8th at 11am at , join me for 45 mins of ultra slow-paced, creatively sequenced asana focused on cultivating a deeper connection to yourself, finding the most valuable variation of each pose for *your* body and connecting breath to movement… the TLC your mind and body deserve 💕

This is a slow-moving but very physical practice designed for all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Each ticket comes with a free drink of your choice, redeemable before or after class 🩷

I realize the idea of “online personal training” can be confusing since a lot of trainers are trying to sell you the literal same exact template workout everyone else is buying.

This is not that.

There are no templates.

I have been a personal trainer since 2011 and trained clients in person back to back at gyms or in their homes for a decade before I started using this app to deliver the same exact programs. Now, my in-person clients have transferred to online clients, where they are getting the same expert programming 💅🏼 but they don’t have to battle traffic in a snowstorm only to arrive 5 mins late for their 60 minute appointment, you know? (It’s also wildly cheaper, since in person sessions will cost you $50-$60 at my gym and $85-$120 at your home).
