California Palms The California Palms is a residential drug, alcohol, and substance abuse treatment facility located in Youngstown, Ohio (one hour from Cleveland/Pittsburgh).

We provide inpatient/residential and outpatient evidence-based treatment for substance abuse, drug addiction, opioid addiction, alcohol addiction and co-occurring traumatic stress, like PTSD, depression, anxiety. We accept Medicaid insurance from Molina, Buckeye and United. Veteran insurance from Tricare, Humana and Triwest. Commercial insurance from Anthem, Cigna, and Aetna. Call the Palms at 330-935-2663. The Palms is Joint Commission accredited and licensed by OhioMHAS.

We provide inpatient/residential and outpatient evidence-based treatment for substance abuse, drug addiction, opioid addiction, alcohol addiction and co-occurring traumatic stress, like PTSD, depression, anxiety.

We accept Medicaid (Molina, United, Paramount, Buckeye and CareSource) including low-level clinical care, where patients live on-site, go to work and attend limited group therapy sessions during the week. Patients develop their recovery living skills in a safe environment. Call the Palms at 330-935-2663. The Palms is Joint Commission accredited and licensed by OhioMHAS.
