DBA/Missouri Ozarks Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center. This center was established in 1996 with the intent to provide medical care to all within the areas of Douglas, Ozark, Texas and Wright Counties. MOCH is a private, non-profit organization funded by Federal grant dollars.

Missouri Ozarks Community Health does not operate urgent care clinics, but our Mansfield clinic does offer walk-in hours from 4-7 p.m. Seek emergency care right away if you or your child is suffering from severe symptoms like dehydration, severe weakness or difficulty breathing.

🩺 All clinics will close at 11 a.m. and reopen on Thursday, December 4
🚷 The Mansfield clinic will not be open for walk-in hours on Wednesday, December 3

Meet Lacy Green! 👋

Lacy is a licensed master social worker. She's now ready to see behavioral health patients at our clinic in Gainesville.

Where did Lacy earn her degree?
🎓 Missouri State University for her undergraduate degree and Arkansas State University for her masters degree

Missouri Ozarks Community Health will close at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3 for our annual holiday party for staff. The Missouri Ozarks Wellness Center will remain open with access to the gymnasium limited to the walking track. All clinics will reopen Thursday, December 4.

🥫Holiday Food Drive 🥫

Missouri Ozarks Community Health continues to take donations for its holiday food drive. Donation boxes have been set up at each clinic and at the Missouri Ozarks Wellness Center. The food drive will continue through the end of the month. Lists of requested items from area food pantries are available at each table, though any food item is appreciated.
