When going through a spiritual awakening sometimes all of your energy is being used for just that. Leaving you feeling exhausted. 1st check with your doctor to make sure that your exhaustion or fatigue is not related to any medical conditions. If you're all clear get out and exercise and meditate. My energy levels have gone through the roof with just those 2 simple things.
