The City of Aventura is in communication with county, state, and federal agencies in regard to property damage and potential financial assistance as a result of last week's flood. We are awaiting word as to what, if any assistance, will be available.

In the meantime, please make sure you document damage on your property with photo and video; which will be useful with your own insurance company, as well as with any potential aid that may become available. Please share with your property managers as well.
