Unbelievable that 30 years ago I walked through this building to prepare the football field for morning practice bright and early. Today I had the honor of returning to lecture the current crop of Master's in Athletic Training students in a topic I find most interesting: Scapular Dyskinesis and the Kinetic Chain. Thank you to all my donors and supporters on this 10th DCC ride for me. This was a tough one after battling injuries to get here and an even tougher easterly wind. Thank you to .willvaldes and the gym for keeping my body right on track. Thank you to my girls at home who are too used to hearing me leave the house at 500am to ride every week.

Dolphins Challenge Cancer 14 is in the books. 9th year participating in this great event and the most challenging (yet shortest, 13 milea). Having undergone meniscal repair on my knee 3 months ago there was some doubt that I woukd be ready this year. Most importantly as I often tell patients never stop doing exercise and doing your rehab.

This wouldn't have been possible without my rehab team .willvaldes from and from for the pre and post op work, that continues.

Thanks to all those that donated to this great Charity event to to my Girls for always believing in me and inspiring me to keep on going.
