I rarely adjust the shoulder (glenohumeral joint) with patients who have chronic shoulder pain or a frozen shoulder. Upper cervical adjustments! This not only restores mobility to the upper cervical spine, but removes irritation to the SCM muscle and the trapezius muscle ( nerve11). Remember that the shoulder is essentially a free floating joint on the body. It’s only connection to the skeleton is the . I find this joint subluxated or restricted almost 100% of the time in people with chronic shoulder pain.

I got my first golden retriever when I was in chiropractic school. He was a gift from God.
After graduating, I never thought that I would have a dog in the office every single day with me. I also never understood how beautiful this is on so many levels. Reef 🐶makes everybody’s day better.

When Molly 1st came into my office she was using a walker. Then she started to use a cane. And now she doesn’t need anything to help her walk. If you’re lucky, you may see her dancing in the office. Chiropractic is amazing!
