My daughter’s been away at school for about a month now.. I know she’s good!
When I was straightening up her room last night I found this note 😍

I know I did good! My daughter knows that her body is intelligent. She knows the ability her body has to heal, is greater than any pill, potion, or lotion you can buy in any drugstore. She knows that fever is one of the most important defense mechanisms her body has is fever 🥵 and that coughing and sneezing are a sign of a healthy immune system.

Somebody asked me last week what separates Ocean Chiropractic Center of Aventura from other offices in the area. I adjust extremities. Hands 🙌, elbows 💪, shoulders, clavicles, jaws for TMJ, hip joints, feet 🦶 ankles, etc…

We help people daily avoid unnecessary cortisone injections, stay off dangerous meds 💊, and most importantly avoid surgery.

I have traveled with the USA 🇺🇸 team to international competitions, I’ve worked with some of Miami’s top pro athletes that you know, and also play a huge role with professionals in my community who deal with repetitive stress disorders like dentists and dental hygienist.
