A consultation is where everything starts.

Online research helps — but your facial plastic surgery plan should be based on your anatomy, not general information.

During your consultation, we evaluate, educate, and create a plan for procedures like facelift, deep plane facelift, neck lift, midface lift, brow lift, rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, lip lift, or facial rejuvenation.

We offer both in-person for patients in Aventura, Miami, Palm Beach and other close by cities and virtual consultations for our out of town patients

Call (786) 347-6211 to schedule your consultation.
We’ll guide you on how to prepare, including what photos to take for virtual consults.

Six months after rhinoplasty, this is what I look for.

Not a “perfect” nose.
A nose that fits.

That’s the point.

If someone sees you on the street, they shouldn’t be thinking about your surgery.
They should just see a face that looks balanced, smooth, and natural.

Before surgery, there was a little more prominence through the bridge and radix, and the tip shape disrupted that smooth contour. At six months, even with a small amount of residual swelling, the nose already sits more quietly on the face.

That matters.

A good rhinoplasty does not compete with your features.
It supports them.

When the nose fits, the eyes stand out more.
The face reads better.
Everything feels more aligned.

That is always the goal with primary rhinoplasty — natural structure, smooth lines, and a result that looks like it belongs.

Watch Dr.Ruslan's latest video.

Last week, Dr. Ruslan Zhuravsky performed three revision rhinoplasties in a row — each patient had a different appearance, but the same underlying issue.

This video explains a common problem seen in failed rhinoplasty cases: over-reduction and improper handling of nasal cartilage.

In many “quick” or generic rhinoplasty techniques, cartilage is simply cut away in an attempt to make the nose smaller. However, this approach often ignores the natural shape and structure of the nose.

As a result, patients may be left with:

* a persistent bulbous tip
* lack of definition
* pinching or collapse
* unnatural contour changes over time

In revision rhinoplasty, the goal is not just to remove or reduce — it is to rebuild structure, reshape cartilage, and create a balanced, natural result.

Each nose requires an individualized surgical plan based on anatomy, prior surgery, and long-term stability.

Dr. Ruslan Zhuravsky is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon based in Aventura and Miami, Florida, specializing in rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, and facial rejuvenation.

If you are researching rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, bulbous nasal tip, or failed nose jobs, this video explains one of the most common technical mistakes and how it can be corrected.

After procedures like deep plane facelift, neck lift, and facial rejuvenation, the early phase of recovery plays a direct role in how natural and long-lasting the outcome will be.

Patients spend a lot of time choosing the right surgeon.
Much less attention is given to what happens after surgery.

That’s where results are either supported… or compromised.

Too much activity too soon.
Excess movement.
Ignoring swelling, tension, and tissue healing.

These details matter.

A well-performed facelift or neck lift can produce a refined, natural result — but it requires the same level of precision during recovery as it does during surgery.

We will guide you through every phase — from your consultation and surgery to a carefully structured recovery.

We value a personal approach. We focus on You.

Don’t be fooled by the "weekend lift" gimmick. When it comes to your face, faster isn’t better—it’s often just less work.

Does a deep Plane Facelift Mean a Longer Recovery? Read and watch on Substack.

This is a very common assumption. If a procedure goes deeper, it must take longer to heal. That sounds logical. But in facelift surgery, that’s not how it works.

Why Deep Plane is Better for Natural, Long-Lasting Results?

Not every primary rhinoplasty is “simple.”

• Some first-time nose surgeries are just as complex as revisions
• Anatomy, skin thickness, and structure vary from patient to patient
• Functional concerns can add surgical difficulty
• Structural support is critical in every case
• Surgical planning matters more than labels

Revision rhinoplasty is known for complexity, but certain primary rhinoplasty cases require the same level of precision, strategy, and experience.

That’s why every rhinoplasty — primary or revision — is approached with structural planning, cartilage support, and long-term stability in mind.

Patients researching rhinoplasty in Miami, Aventura, or Florida often don’t realize how individualized nose surgery truly is.
