Revision upper blepharoplasty. This patient had eyelid surgery elsewhere that was treated as a simple removal of extra skin, but did not give him the ideal improvement he was anticipating. By taking the time to add in a brow fat pad suspension, redesigning the incision, and taking out some more skin, we were able to give him that more refreshed and youthful result he desired. We also avoided a brow lift as this can feminize a male patient. This is a great example of how there are subtle but very significant differences between your average surgery and high quality, meticulous surgery.

Then we determine the current shape and how it has to be changed in order to yield the desired results, which is very unique to each nose. And finally, we perform the required maneuvers with a very high level of precision and care.
