💦Getting ready for your first float!

Well, first float is an exciting experience, and you need to be properly prepared for it!

🌊Avoid caffeine or any stimulants 4-6 hours ahead of your float because it can interrupt the relaxation response, which is important to be to be achieved during the practice.

Have a bit of food on your stomach

Don't shave the day of your float and avoid irritating your skin
