I went with my daughter to the eye doctor today. She was having contact lenses training.
She learned to put and to remove it in less than 7 min. When I realized wow her mind easily adjusting to new things it needs to learn. I know , that when we are not wired to do something it seems like a “problem” or it will take us forever to learn. This is the trick or illusion of our mind. For example: try to brush your teeth in the morning with the opposite hand …

I remembered that I taught my daughter to ride a bike in 15 min and she learned the Hebrew alphabet in 2 sessions. I really do think that she is a genius. She proved it in so many ways. Not only her grades. But I do believe that we all are!!
A genius is not the one that was born with a gift that others doesnt have. We can clearly see that the new generation of souls are much much more advanced. But what is advanced? What is really advanced? It’s those who can access the field of infinite possibilities and draw the information that is accessible for all of us. We ALL have access to it! The field doesn’t say: “well, you are too old or you are a child or you are a woman or you don’t have the knowledge enough etc etc etc
The field is accessible 24/7 and we are the ones who need to tune our frequency like tuning into a radio station.
In order to be able to tune to it is by being aware first for its existence and by believing in the power of your heart. Your heart is the instrument that pulls the information and process it to your mind. Make room for your heart by entering the heart space more often during the day and you will strengthen the “muscle” and ability to shift from mind thinking to heart data receiving.
Closing your eyes for few moments could be a great tool to connect to your heart and draw the information from the field.

Why do we procrastinate?
Why aren’t we persistent enough with what we believe in?
Whether we want love in our life or losing weight or the world to become a better place or for our business to thrive, we should remember that a change is happening underneath the surface. Things are moving in our direction, to the direction of those things we want and prefer. Sometimes it is so gentle in moving that we cannot see it moving and we think we were not heard. That our request is not good enough like someone else’s request, and we are not even persistent with the image that we hold, the image of our desired outcome. Not because of laziness, not because of lack of patience these can be a reason but they are not the causes they are already the effect. We need to dig more inside to find that thing that our subconscious believes in and heal it. Healing is a moment of awareness where we are catching that “spoiled apple in the basket” that ruins the rest of the good ones.
I remember one day when I posted something and among the beautiful messages and likes I received there was a very unpleasant comment, a “nasty” one and this was the only comment I remembered, the comment that was criticizing. Then I decided to change my perspective. Our awareness and consciousness towards something gives it life. When we choose to give thanks to the good qualities in us and give thanks to our desires as part of life it gives us, in time this spoiled apple will not have any influence on the other apples because they become so immune that they will “heal” the spoiled one.
There is one major “thief” like the spoiled apple that is hidden in the basket that deeply exists in each one of us that is the cause of procrastination and lack of persistence and it is low self-esteem! And that gap, will only increase as long as we will wait for something to happen in our lives as a trigger to approve or like ourselves better.

Today we concluded the amazing experience we had in a giant party with this beautiful group of people and the amazing intelligent spiritual advocate Gregg Braden. I am so beyond grateful for this experience , the profound teachings , the growth , this beautiful group of people I have met and of course THE BEAUTIFUL SPECIAL COSTA RICA. Gregg is an amazing teacher! I am honored to have met Gregg and thankful for this gift!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. I am taking so many great tools with me that I can’t wait to share it with the world. Hallelujah

Coherence is a simple way to heal ourselves. This healing exists in each one of us. It is so related to the way we think about ourselves. If we believe in ourselves, we believe in our own power and we easily go into coherence that can take 3 min and go into healing mode. Simple coherence is - close your eyes 1. Breathing - making sure you exhale deeper then inhale (exhaling tells the body you are in a peaceful mode .. that everything is good). 2. Focus on your heart. Focusing on your heart is bringing your consciousness there. 3. Be in appreciation or awe or compassionate towards someone. That’s it!!

Celebrating the new year in the beautiful Costa Rica . Happy new year to us all! 🥂!! 2023 was a great teacher for me. Could look closely at my obstacles , fears I didn’t know existed in me .. that taught me new ways of overcoming them. I learned more about what is the meaning of loving me. It starts with choosing me first. Only then I can look at others in honesty and authenticity without the need to pleasing them. The path to create a better world starts with us inside and what information we feed the field. The irony is whatever we put out there comes back to us. I am in awe and appreciation to every experience I experienced on a personal level that will make me a better person tomorrow. Looking forward for exciting experiences where I can grow spiritually with my clients even better then ever. Had so many success stories this passing year with my clients Can’t wait for many more surprises to come. The way it seems , the universe always find a way to surprise me even more! All the blessings to you all .

The gap between what you want and what you currently have is not luck or lack.

I think it is time that we realized that no luck stands between your desired good life and the life you currently have. You might do all the work that you do. Do a great job with your consciousness. Meditate, know everything, know the laws of the universe and still, there is a gap between what you want and what is. and then you think “I’m not doing the right thing. I’m failing or falling it must be missing something. Maybe I should seek more knowledge, maybe I am not happy enough to attract everything that I want… “.
We all forget about this survival mechanism in us, our survival mind that is programmed for survival. To protect us from danger. That is programmed to protect us from changes because change is not what it knows and is familiar with.
But it’s all about what we vibrate that we don’t know we do. We think we vibrate what we want but deep inside we vibrate the opposite. Once we find what vibrates in us then we start to do the real change and we manifest it instantly. In Biorgonomy, we have a great tool that we use to make this change. This book was a thought a year ago.

It started as a message or insight between my business partner and me.

“ You should write kids book that will show them their inner power and inner world “

So it started as a thought and was manifested in the physical realm a year after.

It was wonderful watching the progress and the birth of it.

The book was written both in English and Hebrew on both sides of the book.

Now we understsnd why the universe was sending this message and how beneficial it can be for these times.

The book has a wonderful design as well to enrich the beauty of the inner world of the next generation.
