This patient underwent some weight loss which caused her to lose fat in her face. In areas such as her temples, cheekbones, jawline, etc.
With the help of some dermal filler we were able to refill those hollow areas while maintaining her natural features.
These images were taken seconds after which is why swelling & bruising is still visible
