It’s not just connection.
It’s co-regulation.
It’s hormone balancing.
It’s heart-opening, pattern-breaking, and nervous system recalibration.

When two or more women come together in a safe, present, and authentic space, something alchemical happens:

💓 Oxytocin flows (the bonding hormone that lowers cortisol)
🌬 Breath and heart rates sync
🧠 The body shifts from fight-or-flight to rest-and-repair
💫 We mirror each other’s wisdom—and wounds
🌿 We remember we’re not alone

But here’s the key:
It only happens in the right space.
Safety is not optional.
Your body knows the difference.

If there’s tension, unspoken comparison, competition, or misaligned energy…
You’ll feel it in your gut, your chest, your adrenals.
And you’ll leave more drained than nourished.

This is why curated, intentional women’s spaces matter.
This is why I don’t go to just any gathering.

🌿 Today I stumbled upon something truly special… a lavender farm in San Miguel, CA that reminded me how healing and beautiful it is when we return to our roots.

Hambly Farms is run by a sixth-generation local whose family came to this region by wagon. After years of teaching and navigating the 2008 housing crash, he and his wife (also fifth-generation) became empty nesters and finally followed a dream: to restore the land and grow something meaningful.

They cleared 26 acres of overgrown debris left behind by the previous owners and, despite strict water limitations due to nearby vineyards, found a perfect match in lavender—resilient, fragrant, and ideal for this dry climate. 🌸 They now grow nine varieties and distill their own essential oils right on site.

It was more than a tour—it was a reminder that legacy, healing, and beauty take time. And that there’s magic in planting something new where others only saw a mess. 💜

We are beyond thrilled to share some exciting news—both of our children have been accepted into two incredible schools!

Chloe is starting her journey at Saint Timothy’s School, and Kai is stepping into a new chapter at Cardinal Gibbons High School.

This milestone is a testament to their hard work, curiosity, and bright futures ahead.

As parents, we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunities these schools will provide—strong academics, faith-based values, and a nurturing community to help them grow into the best versions of themselves.

We celebrate this moment with gratitude, joy, and anticipation for all the new friendships, learning experiences, and memories to come.
