St Francis neighborhood was proud to throw their first "Senior" prom and what a GREAT night it was! Dancing, singing, laughter, and a wonderful prom dinner was enjoyed by all. Many thanks goes out to our local dress shop ONCE UPON A TIME for their generous donations of beautiful prom dresses, and the staff, visitors, families, and volunteers who made this special night happen. 🌟In this role, you will…
-Create engaging and meaningful activities that promote joy, connection and well-being for our residents.
-Foster a warm and supportive atmosphere that encourages residents to express themselves and feel valued.
-Maintain accurate records of participation and progress in activities, noting significant observations
-Collaborate with the Activities Director with coming up with activities and helping plan the monthly calendar
-Modify activities as needed to accommodate residents’ varying abilities and preferences

🌟To be successful in this role, you will…
-Be a self-starter, dependable and have great communication skills
-Open availability to work rotating weekends & holidays as needed, fill in for vacations, upcoming leaves of absences, etc.
-Value teamwork and be excited to contribute to a collaborative atmosphere
-Posses a compassionate and creative approach to caregiving
-Have current computer skills to perform various clerical tasks
