As many of you know, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2006 and even before that I have worked in the mental health field since 1994. I have inpatient hospitalization, outpatient, campus counseling and disability services counseling experience. I am a bereaved mom and I specialize in the counseling of grief, loss (death/divorce/job/relationship/other), cancer and other health-related care, caretakers, depression, anxiety and generally....loss of hope.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Person-Centered, with a sprinkle of Positive Psychology.

Thank you for supporting me in my most lowest of times in my life. I am rebuilding a life that I didn't expect but that I still have to live.
