Steven G. Cancer Foundation Our Goals:

To support AYAs facing cancer through community building and survivorship support with Elephants and Tea and our wellness programs.

Our mission is to help adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients, survivors and caregivers know they are not alone in facing cancer through community support, survivorship resources and research. To fund research to cure cancer through the Harry and Angie Giallourakis AYA Cancer Research Fund.

Heard, please give a warm welcome to the newest addition to our team!

Jon Fox will be joining us as our Creative Content Coordinator, and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

You may have read his incredible words before on our website or social media platforms, or maybe you’ve had the privilege of meeting him at one of our many virtual programs or at Young Adult Cancer Camp last year... Jon has been part of our herd for a while, so to have him join our team as staff is beyond exciting!

A message from Ride Director, Tim Furey:

“Overall the roads are in fantastic shape. Over the past month Madison, Thompson, and Geneva Townships have performed maintenance across all three courses.

During the ride riders will encounter gravel, chip seal, dirt and paved surfaces. The majority of all potholes have been filled in.

New gravel has been added in many areas. There may be a few sections of loose or soft gravel. It’s recommended that riders choose wider tires and lower pressure.

Because of the sections of loose gravel, riders are encouraged to check their tire sealant prior before the ride. It is also suggested that all riders bring spare inner tubes and a pump or CO2 device to make needed repairs on course.

There will be a SAG vehicle available to assist riders. All riders will be provided with a wrist band which has an emergency contact phone number.

We are excited to bring back early packet pickup this year!

Join us at on Saturday from 10-1pm to grab your bib number, swag bag, and more!

Skip the lines that will be there on Sunday morning and grab some last minute items you may need- The Velo House is offering a discount to anyone who comes to pickup their packet early!
