Behind every small business is someone keeping it running… for us, that’s Dan.
He’s my husband, my best teammate, and as of January 2025 he’s here full time doing the heavy lifting and learning whatever it takes. He treats every customer like a neighbor because you are.
We just celebrated 26 years of marriage and his Birthday was last week too🎂. I realized I never took the time to say publicly: thank you, Dan. Thank you for being all in with me.

Our heart wreath out front had tiny tenants — until their nest fell. We couldn’t just leave them. We set up a wooden box, and now they’re rebuilding & chirping every morning. We’re pausing on new decorations so they can settle in. Sometimes the best storefront display isn’t the one you planned. 🤍

🎉Happy 26th anniversary to my amazing husband, Dan! This year feels extra special. Many of you know Dan came on board Element LABS full-time back in January after the implosion incident, and I couldn't be more grateful. He's truly my right-hand man.💪🏻

Our production has grown so much, and honestly, the loads were getting too heavy for me to handle alone. Having him here, turning this into a true family business, has been a dream. Our marriage has always been filled with commitment and passion, and it's a beautiful thing to see our business starting to flourish in the same way.
