My childhood and early adulthood were dominated by fear of sucking. It held me back and stunted my growth. A sense of curiosity and adventure isn’t necessarily hardwired. For me, it took effort to set aside perfectionist tendencies that kept me from exploring new things. The old refrain “feel the fear and do it anyway,” became my mantra.

Now I am in a place where I love adventure and can guide others to try new things, especially related to Health + Wellness.
