Some goodbyes feel impossible because the love behind them was so deep, so steady, and so woven into our days. Grief often reminds us of the beauty of what we had, and the ways those connections continue to shape us long after.

If you’re missing someone today, we’re with you. You’re not walking this path alone, and it’s okay to move at your own pace. ✨

💬 If you feel comfortable, share a memory or a quality you cherished. Your words may bring comfort to someone else who is grieving too.

Mornings can carry a lot of hope, heaviness, routine, or even a mix of all three. Sometimes the smallest rituals help us ease into the day with a little more steadiness.

Maybe it’s sunlight through the window, a quiet moment before the house wakes up, a warm mug in your hands, or a few deep breaths that remind you to move gently.

💬 We’d love to know: What helps you start your day with ease?

Your answer might give someone else a comforting idea to hold onto this week.

Choosing to plan ahead is a thoughtful act of care. It helps your family understand your wishes, reduces uncertainty, and creates space for connection when it matters most.

Even the smallest step toward planning ahead can bring more comfort than you might expect.

You don’t have to make every decision at once. Simply taking a moment to clarify one preference or write down one detail can ease uncertainty for the people who love you most.

Families often tell us that starting “just a little” helped them feel more prepared, more supported, and more at peace with what comes next.

If you’ve been thinking about planning ahead but aren’t sure where to begin, this is your reminder that today is enough. One choice. One note. One small action that brings clarity for tomorrow. 😌

Whenever you’re ready, our team at Lakeview Memorial Gardens is here to guide the next step with care.

There are so many misunderstandings around planning ahead, and most of them add unnecessary stress. The truth is much simpler, and much gentler.

In this carousel, we’re walking through a few common myths we hear from families, along with the calm, factual guidance that helps replace worry with clarity.

Planning ahead isn’t about age, pressure, or doing everything at once. It’s about giving your family direction, easing future decisions, and creating a sense of steadiness no matter what season of life you’re in.

If you’ve ever wondered where to begin, or felt unsure whether planning ahead is “for you,” these slides offer a clear starting point. Save them for later or share them with someone who may need this reassurance today.

We’re here whenever you’re ready. 🕊️

Some of the most meaningful care we receive comes through ordinary moments, whether it's a shared laugh, a familiar voice, or simply sitting together without needing many words. These small connections can steady us more than we realize. 💛

If you’ve experienced a moment like this recently, we’d love to hear what it looked like. Your story may remind someone else that support doesn’t have to be big to be felt.

We’re grateful for every way this community shows up for one another.

Our Story

We have been serving our community with compassion and dedication for more than 40 years. Spread over 25 beautiful acres, our facility is the vision of Robert E. Sherwood, a local real estate developer. The original design was L-shaped to Lake Denton and hence the name Lakeview Memorial Gardens. On April 2, 1969 Lakeview Memorial Gardens conducted its first burial when Vietnam War Hero S-Sgt. Charles W. Jenkins of Lake Placid Fl. Army S-Sgt. Jenkins lost his life in the vicinity of Nha Trang, Vietnam. The climate controlled Chapel of Peace Mausoleum is the perfect place to host an intimate service for a traditional burial or cremation. Our cemetery has flat bronze burial sections including Babyland, Catholic, Christian, Jewish, Masonic and Veterans. Our granite upright monument section is non-sectarian. We offer a range of cremation memorialization options including Cremation Benches, Niches, Private Columbariums, and Below Ground burials . Our team of experienced professionals is always at your service with solutions designed to meet your needs and fit your budget.
