Growth doesn’t always happen overnight.

Sometimes it’s gradual. Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it takes longer than we expect.

April reminds us that steady progress still counts.

Support doesn’t always arrive in big ways.

Sometimes it looks like a message at the right time, a familiar voice, or someone simply checking in. These moments can make a difference, especially when things feel heavy or uncertain.

If you’re moving through a difficult stretch, this is a reminder that you don’t have to carry it alone.

Save this post if it helps, or pass it along to someone who may need the reminder today. 💛

What makes a service meaningful often comes down to the details.

For many families, it’s the music that feels familiar, a personal story shared, a favorite photo on display, or a moment that reflects who someone truly was. These small choices can create a sense of connection and help people feel seen and supported.

This post offers a reminder that meaning isn’t found in perfection; it’s found in what feels genuine.

Save this if it’s something you’d like to reflect on.

As March comes to a close, we’re curious about the conversations you’d want around the table.

If you could invite three people, living or from history, to a March-themed dinner party, who would they be? Maybe someone who inspires you, someone you miss, or someone you’d simply love to hear stories from. 🌸

💬 Share your three below if you’d like. We’re always interested in seeing who others would choose.

Uncertainty can make the next step feel harder than it needs to be.

Sometimes the most helpful thing isn’t having everything figured out, but choosing one thoughtful step and letting that be enough for today.

A preplanning consultation is simply a conversation, designed to help you understand your options and think through what matters most to you.

Many people arrive with questions, a few notes, or just a general sense that they want more clarity. There’s no expectation to have everything prepared. The goal is to talk things through at a comfortable pace and make the process feel easier to navigate.

This carousel walks through what a consultation typically includes and why many families find it helpful to start with a conversation rather than making decisions.

Save this post to revisit when the timing feels right, or explore more information whenever you’re ready. ✨

Improvement doesn’t have to mean big changes or major goals. Often it’s about choosing one small skill to focus on and giving yourself time to work on it.

That might look like building a routine, learning something new, or simply staying consistent with something that matters to you.

💬 We’d love to hear:
What’s one skill you’re working on this month?

Your answer might inspire someone else to try something new, too. 🌿

Our Story

We have been serving our community with compassion and dedication for more than 40 years. Spread over 25 beautiful acres, our facility is the vision of Robert E. Sherwood, a local real estate developer. The original design was L-shaped to Lake Denton and hence the name Lakeview Memorial Gardens. On April 2, 1969 Lakeview Memorial Gardens conducted its first burial when Vietnam War Hero S-Sgt. Charles W. Jenkins of Lake Placid Fl. Army S-Sgt. Jenkins lost his life in the vicinity of Nha Trang, Vietnam. The climate controlled Chapel of Peace Mausoleum is the perfect place to host an intimate service for a traditional burial or cremation. Our cemetery has flat bronze burial sections including Babyland, Catholic, Christian, Jewish, Masonic and Veterans. Our granite upright monument section is non-sectarian. We offer a range of cremation memorialization options including Cremation Benches, Niches, Private Columbariums, and Below Ground burials . Our team of experienced professionals is always at your service with solutions designed to meet your needs and fit your budget.
