🎊 Happy New Year from the Brooke Knoll family to yours! 2025 has been so great to us, so many new & exciting changes as well as growth within our facility!
🏆 To close out 2025 our administrator, Jessica Wilson was named “Administrator of the Year,” within our organization, Magnolia Health Systems!
🥹 There are so many kind words to be said about Jessica but we thought sharing the words of her Regional Director would be the most fitting:
“Jessica’s leadership has transformed Brooke Knoll Village into a place where both residents, staff, and family members feel valued and supported. Through her dedication I have seen markable improvements in staff retention, resident satisfaction, family complaints, and overall quality of care. She leads by example—always approachable, compassionate, and committed to excellence. Whether it’s being at the building at the crack of dawn or staying late to support our residents and team members, she is the Administrator that is personally checking on residents, caring for our residents. Jessica Wilson goes above and beyond every day. She truly has something extra that cannot be taught. Her vision and heart truly embody what it means to be an exceptional nursing home administrator.”
