The Special Olympics Indiana Plane Pull is tomorrow! Thank you to all who have donated.❤️

Why is Special Olympics important?

It creates connection. Special Olympics connects individuals with intellectual disabilities to others struggling with similar challenges. It connects them to new friends and second families. It connects them to a team. It connects them to resources they may not have had access to before such as medical care, transportation, education, community, sports, and training.

It connects parents, guardians, staff, and volunteers to others that share similar passions. It connects them to people with expertise in helping those with intellectual disabilities, so they can receive the help they need in caring for these individuals.

It connects the rest of the world with people with intellectual disabilities by raising awareness and raising money. Making things accessible for those with physical and intellectual disabilities by providing ADA accommodations, academic resources, and social acceptance is necessary for these beautiful souls to have a quality life.

What’s the Plane Pull Challenge? The Plane Pull Challenge is an exhilarating event where teams compete to pull an 82-ton Boeing 757 jetliner down a 12-foot track. It’s like a massive game of tug-of-war, and the fastest team wins! But it’s not just about strength; it’s about making a difference.
My Goal: $10,000 for Special Olympics Indiana My personal goal is to raise $10,000 for Special Olympics Indiana.
