Join us in celebrating Sarah Grace’s first anniversary with our company! She studied psychology and sociology at Walsh University before joining BBT as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) last October. Sarah Grace has always loved working with children and has expressed her desire to homeschool her own one day.
When reflecting on her motivation to stay in the field for a year, she credits the special moments she shares with her clients. Sarah Grace states, “My driving force to continue working in the field is the unique experiences I've been a part of in my clients' lives, as well as getting to know each client's distinct personality.” In her time at BBT, she has taken on new roles, experienced immense growth, and learned many valuable lessons. She notes, “The most important lesson I've learned at BBT is patience and allowing my clients to try new things and explore for themselves. Watching a client’s face light up when they discover how a new toy works or when they enter one of their favorite rooms at BBT is truly rewarding.”
Outside of work, Sarah Grace enjoys playing Pokémon, drawing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. Although she has only been with us for a year, she has already made a significant impact on her clients and their families. She radiates a soft, gentle energy that her clients adore and shows true kindness in every interaction throughout the center. We are fortunate to have an RBT like her, and we celebrate this milestone together. Cheers to a year, Sarah!
