A little day in the life ✨
Out of the office but very much still working!

6am: Parker up & we had morning cuddles
7am: Carter up & made breakfast
8am: Coffee in the shower while the kids played on my bed (elite multitasking)
9am: Library date with Carter and a work call made us 5 min late to his class…oops!

11am: Lunch with daddy at Doro
All afternoon: full on work mode with 2 client meetings and a ton of admin work to complete
4:30pm: Leg day in peace with no kids in sight
5:30pm: A little more computer work with a squirmy little girl in my arms

6:30pm: Justin made us soup for dinner
7pm: Nightly walk with Cash & Carter joined too while Justin got Parker to bed
8pm: Bedtime routine with Carter
And ending the night putting away a mountain of laundry while watching Tell Me Lies and hopefully sleeping by 10pm and PRAYING Parker sleeps through the night… PLEASE 😴

Busy, full, sweet kind of day 🫶🏽💪🏽👍🏼🙏🏼

Trigger point dry needling is an evidence-based technique we use to reduce muscle tension and calm irritated tissue.

We target specific anatomical trigger points to help release tight muscles and improve movement.

What to expect:
• A brief pinch with insertion
• Possible twitching or “unwinding” sensation
• Quick treatment (often 30–60 seconds per muscle)
• Many clients feel relief almost immediately

Frequency depends on your goals:
• Acute pain 👉🏻 typically once per week
• Maintenance / prehab / injury prevention 👉🏻 often once per month

Motherhood doesn’t cancel out your right to take care of your body‼️

Their dad aka my husband watches them because he cares deeply about my health and we share childcare responsibility.

Some days my kids are with me. Some days I get an uninterrupted hour….Both are fine.
