I had never contemplated coming to iCryo until I suffered an IT band injury while I was training for the New York City Marathon. The lifestyle services offered not only helped me recover from my injury, but their holistic approach to wellness helped me improve my mindset going into the race. The staff created a supportive and encouraging environment that worked to tailor the treatments to what my body needed, both leading up to and after the race. I was able to start running again only three days after the Marathon, and I attribute this in large part to the time I spent at iCryo making sure my body had fully recovered. Now, iCryo has become an integral part of my fitness regimen to prevent further injury, and increase performance going forward.
