Happy New Moon in Aries!

Personally this week has been intense…

I know I’m expanding but that can be a side ways, up & down process.

Messages I’ve been getting…

Dream bigger
Stop dimming your light to make others feel better
You are not responsible for other people’s emotions
Be in your power - firm, grounded, graceful
Keep letting your soul guide you
Trust, trust, trust
When I write down my desires I create them
I don’t need to absorb other people’s stuff
Take small intuitive actions - not all at once
Every little action is a building block for future creations.

This moon is happening in my chart in the 9th house of expansion, travel, spirituality, & the bigger picture.

Tomorrow I head to Kauai - the place on earth that heals me, connects me to the earth & spirit, & helps me remember who I am on a soul level. So grateful. 🌊🏝️🔥

This moon was on fire! Set an intention, take one little step, and dream big. Rest and care for your body!

Beauty, rest, & softness are part of your path

It’s time to be honest with yourself

When you care for yourself 1st you’ll have deeper connections

Choose what is aligned with your heart instead of your mind

People pleasing leads to resentment & burnout

Your allowed to have harmony & honesty

The tension you felt last week was growth

Clarity comes when you make time for stillness

Take the next best intuitive action - then rest

Be willing to change in your relationships

Love yourself & align your thoughts with love

I am still working with where I over schedule & put others before myself - where I need to work less so I can come from an aligned place. More 💓

You are moving into a new world where you get to live & thrive as your authentic self. 👏

It’s all too easy to keep the peace by saying yes when you mean no or not saying the truth because you don’t want to hurt someone or make them feel bad.

Spoiler alert - you are not responsible for their emotions & they are not responsible for yours.

Every time this happens it takes a tole on your heart & resentment is usually the result.

This moon is teaching you to be honest & set healthy boundaries from a loving place.

Boundaries create freedom in a relationship. They are not mean. They are self loving.

When you are truthful & in your heart - everybody wins.

When you are exhausted from caring for others first, it’s impossible to show up as your best self.

The full moons are a time of release. The universe is helping us along into a new and better way of living.

Embodiment is one of the most important things you can practice this year.

As you step into this new life, embodiment will be more important than ever in creating a life you love.

We’re being called to live in our truth, be authentic, & live with more balance. We are being called to create what matters and enjoy life more.

Astrology is all about the different energies in our world.

It shows you where you need to use a different vibe & a different way of being.

It’s an exercise in consciousness to be able to embody joy, peace, or confidence in a certain area in your life. It takes practice to embody focus when your mind is easily distracted.

Start by picking an energy and bringing it into your day, your focus, your walk, and your work.

You can also play with noticing when things aren’t working, breathe, and try embodying a different energy.

I have my south node in Virgo so this eclipse is very much about what I came here to heal and release in this lifetime. My soul knows these themes well.

What’s helped me the most

- practicing being in the moment (a lot) so that my overthinking mind isn’t always running the show

- meditating daily

- letting go of the belief that I constantly have to be working, doing, & thinking to be enough…

- teaching my ego it’s ok to have flaws

- loving & accepting myself instead of judging & being critical

I had this big realization that I deserve to rest, sleep, play, & enjoy life. I love helping others but not at the expense of my own well being. In fact, I know it’s going to help me make more of a difference.

The crazy thing is it suddenly became easy to rest, take time off, take breaks, do a longer bed time routine, because all of the sudden I remembered I can have it all. I remembered what I deserve.

Eclipses are very heightened energy…

Take time to slow down & reflect

This energy can powerful change you for your highest good, especially if you pay attention to the messages coming through.

It’s a time of releasing the need to be perfect, to over-work, over think, judge, be critical, and put others needs before your own.

I have the best sessions to support if you need help with these themes as they are a big part of my life’s purpose.
