Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting our First Responders Appreciation Event here at Park Square Manor! 🚑🚔

We were so grateful to welcome several local heroes—officers and firefighters—who took the time to join us for some delicious BBQ, good conversations and a live DJ. We proudly served many meals from our food truck and were thrilled to show our appreciation in a small, but meaningful way.

Our residents had a great time enjoying the sunshine! Thanks to the incredible DJ Cubby and his son(he is one of our residents!)They brought so much energy and heart to the event!

To all first responders: we are beyond grateful for your service, your courage and the sacrifices you make every day. You are the true definition of heroes and we love and appreciate you!

We had an incredible time with the always-entertaining, “Biscuits and Gravy”,performing a fun mix of country and classic rock hits! 🎸
Their energy, harmonies, and crowd-pleasing setlist had everyone clapping, singing along, and smiling from ear to ear.

At Park Square Manor, we believe every resident has a story worth celebrating—not just for who they are, but for everything they’ve experienced, accomplished and loved along the way.

That’s why we have launched a new weekly event where we spotlight one resident and invite them to share a meaningful story, passion or item/items that’s part of who they are.

We kicked things off withh Mr. Don W; a truly remarkable gentleman with a lifelong love for all things racing. From stock cars to classic cars to legends cars, Dons garage history could fill a museum! Even more impressive than his car collection is his heart—Don is one of the kindest, most genuine men you’ll ever meet.

This series isnt just about showing off treasured items—it’s about honoring the full lives our residents have lived and the wisdom they carry. Their stories inspire us, connect us and remind us how lucky we are to share in this community.

❤️At Park Square Manor, we care deeply—not just for the physical health of our residents, but for their emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. These stories are gifts…and we’re here to listen!

Today, we are overjoyed to honor two of the kindest, most generous souls we know: Vernis and Ramona, who together have reached the incredible milestone of their 76th wedding anniversary.

From the moment they first met, Vernice’s gentle humor and Ramona’s warm spirit created a partnership that has become a shining example of what a lifelong marriage can be. Over the decades, they’ve shown us all that true love is built on; Patience, respect and unwavering devotion.

But their love story extends far beyond the two of them. Anyone who knows Vernice and Ramona can attest to the countless friendships they’ve cultivated. They have a unique gift for making everyone feel cherished. It’s no wonder that to this day, their anniversary celebrations are surrounded by so many smiling faces.

On this beautiful day, we lift our hearts in gratitude for you both! May your anniversary be filled with sweet memories, tender moments and the knowledge that your love continues to inspire us all.
