Mixed Pilates Equipment begins Jan 8 at 10:00 AM at InnerSpace Pilates in Avon.

This class is about starting fresh and building real strength using the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat. Expect thoughtful movement, a small group setting and a practice that supports your body long term.
