Body By M I understand the struggle in weight loss and physical fitness. I’ve come to know an amazing program! I have gone through my own struggles and achievements.

I want to help you understand what your doctors mean to eat healthy or get more exercise. I know what it is like to feel overweight and struggling to drop the extra pounds. I want to help those that dream of their beach body, GET THAT DREAM!!

Rooted Flow Yoga and Wellness Studio:

a full inversive yoga experience designed to reconnect body, mind, and motherhood. Our offerings range from gentle restorative yoga to hot power flow, with specialized maternal yoga classes (prenatal, postnatal, and mommy & me).
We integrate personal training and wellness coaching to support women in all stages of life—especially young mothers seeking strength, mindfulness, and balance.
