The Rebel Philosophy

Rebel Studio was born from the concept that you can have a fun and effective workout without being in the gym. We know not everyone wants to power lift. We know not everyone wants to box jump and climb ropes. We know not everyone wants to constantly hear the sound of grunting and dumbbells dropping. We know sometimes you just want to take out the headphones and laugh with the person next to you. We know walking into a gym for the first time can be intimidating. We also know that often times, it is hard to balance fitness with life, while not losing sight of friendships, laughter, relaxation, and stress release. We believe that in order to be successful, you need to feel comfortable in your environment and receive a well-rounded experience that incorporates not just your body, but your mind and spirit as well. Fitness is not just the gym, but it is made of your mind and body as a whole… your wellness. We are a group of instructors who have come together to create a community specifically for you. Rebel against the gym mentality. Release the stress. Reconnect with a group of like-minded people. Relax with a calm mind and heart. Recover in a space that invites you to belong.
