As winter winds down, we’re wrapping up our "Hygge Your Life" series — an office initiative that invited our community to slow down, recharge, and embrace the rituals that help people thrive through the colder months. 🌲🏔

Over the past few weeks, we explored simple practices inspired by Nordic traditions: stepping outside for fresh air even on chilly days, taking mindful pauses, sharing warm meals/moments with family and friends, and prioritizing rest and balance.

A big thank you to everyone who followed along, participated, or tried their own spin on these themes at home. As we head into a new season, we’re carrying these lessons forward and hope you will too! 🌿💚

Rooted in the outdoor traditions of Norway and Sweden, friluftsliv encourages us to embrace nature in every season, including the quiet stillness of winter.

Time outdoors in colder months can help regulate mood, boost energy through natural light exposure, reduce stress, and build resilience. Even a short, bundled-up walk can gently reset the nervous system.

Practicing friluftsliv is a reminder that warmth can be cultivated — in movement, in breath, in connection to the world around us. Progress can happen under gray skies too. 🌲✨
