Meet this month’s Heart of Hope: Mitchell Paeth, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. 🍎

Mitch joined Hope in June of 2025 and loves golf, hiking, and volunteering at church. He came to Hope with a desire to serve the Lord by helping our neighbors through nutrition education and support, especially for those who may not have the resources to access it elsewhere.
