My mind is overwhelmed. Ouch my neck, my back, my shoulders, my core.

Outragezyou is a safe place for healing and strengthening inside and out.

Why MBit ? Did you know you have a head, heart and gut brain? We will tips to move you through stuck decisions that can make you feel overwhelmed and tired.

Why Pilates?
Stability balance and strength are crucial daily practices. Our body needs motion.

Why Somatics ? Pain is more than an acute accident. Your body is just screaming louder in your shoulders, neck and lower back and just needs to be heard and moved in new ways and find release.

Why Heartmath? Learn why a 2 minute heart practice can make all the difference to regulate to a place of calm.

I would be honored to lead you in movements and teach you new tools to equip you not just for temporary relief , but day to day strength and release. To reach a place of smiling inside and out in a place of safety , healing and prevention.

This group class will be outside where it will be relaxing and rejuvenating.

1.5 hours

Studio available for privates and duets. Virtual available as well.

Great for kids, teens and adults! The earlier the better.

Wardrobing available too.
