Traditional clinical therapy has its place and its limitations. And it isn't always the best fit for everyone, or sometimes it just runs it's course. I combine my 15+ years of experience and clinical skills with an eclectic array of energy healings, spiritual connections, and the language of the stars to take your journey deeper and closer to who you really are. As an intuit and empath, I use the following modalities during our coaching sessions:

-Astrology-There is powerful psychology in astrology. I like to think of astrology as a guide, much like you might use the information from a personality test to guide you to lean into your strengths while becoming aware of your areas for growth. When we understand these energies, we can play to our strengths and be aware of the shadows where our low expressions might come out sideways. We are deeply impacted by what is going on with the moon, stars and planets. Check out the tides of the ocean based on the phases of the moon. If the moon has impact on the ocean, it surely has impact on us.

-Human Design-Just like astrology, the information that is contained in your Human Design can begin to shine light on all the places you've felt stuck, misunderstood, confused, etc. The more language we have to understand ourselves, the better.

-Readings-Much like turning on a light, I can't explain how the electricity works, I just know that it does and trust that when I flip the switch, the light will come on. I use several different types of oracle decks to connect with your spirit guides. It's incredible how much they want to commune with us. I can't explain it other than to say that when I tune it, they speak. See below for testimonials on my readings.

-Reiki-I'm level one attuned in Usui Reiki. This is a new journey for me, so we will learn together! This is only available to those I see in person.

-Coaching-We can spend time on the past and talk about how your experiences have shaped you and your feelings about them, BUT we will not be there long. The work we do is in what you will decide for today. How will you move towards your dreams today? What steps will you take in this moment to reach your goals? What fear-based or scarcity mindset do you need to break free from right now? Please schedule a free consult with me to see if we would work well together.
