I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to share some exciting news — Elizabeth's Healing Hands is now Sol and Soma Massage Co!

This is simply a name change and a reflection of the growth and vision of the practice. Everything else remains the same — same location, same services, and the same personalized care you've come to expect.

What is Sol & Soma?
It's a space where your body is honored, your tension has a voice, and your healing is the priority.

At Sol & Soma Massage Co., massage is both a practice and a presence, anchored in skill, care, and the belief that your body holds the wisdom to heal when given the chance to soften, release, and be supported.

Sol represents warmth, energy, and the light we carry. Soma is the body, the vessel that holds our stress, our strength, and our stories.

Our Story

Elizabeth has been a therapist for the last ten years. She specializes in Medical Massage, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue. She has worked alongside a medical doctor for the last 7 years in pain management (Massaging people who have been in severe car accidents and work injuries). Helping people in pain is her passion, doing her part to help relieve chronic or acute pain and assist stress management . She has worked with athletes performing Deep tissue and trigger point therapy. An athlete with tight muscles can’t perform at his/her ultimate ability. She uses a variety of techniques within a session to give you what your body needs. Not only what you express to her verbally but what your body intuitively tells her as well. She adds cupping, hot stones and hot towels to your massage. She is driven by passion and experience and she looks forward to having you on her massage table.

We are not a franchise. We are not an overcrowded spa. We don't force you to a monthly membership. We are a private practice that is dedicated to your well-being. Where you have plenty of time to go over your medical history and ask any questions you may have about massage. Whether you're new to massage or are an expert in receiving massage, we are here for you.
