Just saw some of the most inspiring thing this morning. As I was coming home from the gym. I saw a man who was jogging he had to be about 75 years old, as I continued home I then saw a man and his three children who all had to be under the age of 13  running. That just reminded me of the fact that it doesn’t matter how old or how young you are you can get out and you can move your body. I don’t care about surgeries and supplements that claim to help you lose, weight and burn fat all that may be true, but I don’t care what you take. You cannot avoid good old fashion hard work. Some people and I repeat some people don’t have the mental strength to do the hard work, but what I saw today was so refreshing KEEP GRINDING!!!!
