1. He called everyone brother
2. He liked Gospel
3. He didn't get a fair trial

But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was Jewish:
1. He went into His Father's business
2. He lived at home until he was 33
3. He was sure his Mother was a virgin and his Mother was sure He was God

But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was Italian:
1. He talked with His hands
2. He had wine with His meals
3. He used olive oil

But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was a Californian:
1. He never cut His hair
2. He walked around barefoot all the time
3. He started a new religion

But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was an American Indian:
1. He was at peace with nature
2. He ate a lot of fish
3. He talked about the Great Spirit

Slow down. Let the noise of the day soften, the urgency fade. Take a moment to simply be, not to do, achieve, or strive, but to exist with gentle awareness. Breathe deeply, and with each breath, allow yourself to arrive more fully in this moment. Look around you. Take in your surroundings, the delicate play of light or the quiet grace of a passing breeze.

Notice the small things: the texture of a leaf, the distant hum of the world, the way your body feels when you let go of tension. These are not distractions, they are life. The richness of your existence doesn’t reside in distant goals or constant motion, but in the quiet, often missed spaces in between.

When you slow down enough, even the simplest moment becomes meaningful. In that awareness, you reconnect, with yourself, with the world, and with the quiet, lasting peace that comes from simply being where you are.

Here is your new bedtime routine to help you get a better nights sleep✨
🌙 Gentle Wind-Down Bedtime Routine (Ideal Start: 60–90 minutes before sleep)

1. 🌅 Signal the Shift (60–90 min before bed)
• Dim the lights in your home to signal to your body that night is near.
• Turn off overhead lights, opting for soft lamps or candles.
• Play calming music or ambient sounds (like ocean waves, rainfall, or gentle instrumental music).

2. 🍵 Sip a Sleepytime Tea (45 min before bed)
• Brew a cup of caffeine-free herbal tea with calming herbs like:
◦ Chamomile
◦ Lemon balm
◦ Lavender
◦ Valerian root (optional, slightly stronger)
• Sip it slowly, mindfully, ideally while journaling or just sitting in silence.

3. 📵 Digital Detox (at least 30 min before bed)
• Put your phone on Do Not Disturb or airplane mode.
• Avoid screens—no scrolling, emails, or TV. Blue light disrupts melatonin, your sleep hormone.

4. 📚 Read by Soft Light (20–30 min before bed)
• Choose something light and uplifting, not too emotional or stimulating.
Examples:
◦ Cozy fiction
◦ Poetry
◦ Nature writing
◦ Spiritual or reflective books
• Read in bed or in a favorite cozy spot with a soft blanket.

5. 💆‍♀️ Body & Breath (10–15 min before bed)
• Try a gentle stretch or yoga pose (like legs up the wall, child’s pose).
• Follow it with 3–5 minutes of deep breathing:
◦ Inhale 4 seconds → hold 4 → exhale 6–8 seconds.
◦ Let go of the day with each exhale.

6. 🌌 Bedtime Bliss (Lights Out)
• Climb into bed with gratitude—recall 3 simple things from the day that felt good.
• If your mind is busy, try repeating a mantra like:
“I am safe, I am calm, I am ready for rest.”

If you do this consistently, your body will begin to associate these cues with winding down, making it easier to fall asleep naturally.

For our Summer Solstice circle, we’re allowing all our wild, untamed thoughts and emotions to be expressed, flow through us and be witnessed.
When we connect to all parts of ourselves and reclaim our voice, we tap into that part of ourselves that is fully self-expressed, lit up and sacred.
We shake off the obligations, the shoulds, and reclaim our beliefs about how we fully express ourselves in the world – wild, beautiful and untamed.

Here are some details for you to prepare for our sacred circle:

What to wear:
You are invited to come dressed as your wild woman – something that is expressive of your light, passion & beauty. (This is optional, not mandatory :)

What to bring:
☀️Bring a hand-held mirror
☀️Your Journal and a pen.

What to expect:
Please come with an open heart and mind. We ask all sisters to participate fully to get the most out of the experience. We will do sharing, dancing, and ceremony.

Synergistic Living
10451 W Palmeras Dr. Suite 223W
Sun City, AZ 85373 (2 Story white building on Palmeras. 2nd Floor Across from the Elevator.)

Date and Time:
Friday, June 20 from 6 - 8pm

Space is Limited. $33 per person.

Please arrive on time as we will start the sacred circle promptly at 6:05 pm. If for some reason you arrive late, please enter the space respectfully and we’ll weave you in when appropriate.

During this circle, you will:

MEDITATION to call upon your wild woman and seek guidance to your truth, freedom and wildness.

MOVEMENT to shake off society’s obligations and give full permission to fully express yourself.

INTIMATE SHARING with sisters to reflect on your relationship with being wild and free.

RITUAL to let go of past conditioning and reclaim your beautiful, untamed wild side.

CEREMONY to examine your beliefs and banish those that no longer serve you.
