We marked Pauline's 100th birthday on Monday with a champagne toast, cake, and a notable parody written and sung by her friend and fellow resident Edith, a heartwarming tribute. Today, Pauline's family and friends reunited as Kalifornia Karl / Joyful Noise Music presented a fantastic performance, and Pauline was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award, a celebration of her remarkable life. Pauline is an inspiration to all who know her, with a life full of achievements and adventures. She was thrilled to receive 114 birthday cards from the community and strangers from far away, which was fortunate given her passion for reading and connection with others. Today we celebrated Chris's 101st birthday! Residents, family, and close friends gathered to pay tribute to her. We are honored that Chris calls our community home. Congratulations Chris! Special thanks to resident Edie for her beautiful piano performance! It was a lovely day!
