PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please note thar the surgery will be closed on Friday 19th & monday 22nd September.

If you require medical advice during this time, please contact NHS on 111 in a case of a medical emergency dial 999.

The surgery will re-open as normal on Tuesday 23rd September.

Everyone within GP Practices are committed to giving patients the best possible care and as part of this, GP Practices may take part in a number of PLT sessions throughout the year which allows them to carry out staff training for the whole practice team.

During the month of July, the surgery has had 77 missed appointments, which were not cancelled or re-arranged.

Not attending an arranged appointment may result in receiving a letter & persistent not attending appointments may result in removal from the practice.

Please contact the surgery to cancel your appointment if you are no longer able to attend.

Two phones have kindly been handed into the surgery, which were found outside by a patient.

Phones will not be handed over until proof of ownership.
