IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

Dear patients we want to let you know we will be offering a reduced service on Wednesday 8th April, as we carry out an essential upgrade to our digital patient system, this is to enhance the quality & reliability of the service we provide to you.

During this time -

⚫️ We will not be able to take advanced appointments.
⚫️ Access to computerised records & information will be very limited.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please note thar the surgery will be closed on Friday 3rd April & Monday 6th April.

If you require medical advice during this time, please contact NHS on 111 in a case of a medical emergency dial 999.

The surgery will re-open as normal on Tuesday 7th April.

The surgery will be closed on the afternoon of Wednesday 18th February from 12.30pm for protected learning time.
