Free Yoga, Meditation & relaxation sessions.
Good afternoon, As we are still in lock down and next week starts home schooling for many households. Some of us may begin to feel some what anxious and stressed about the prospect. Here at The Three Sixty in South Ayrshire we have developed a number of online sessions for you try and help improve your mental health & wellbeing. Giving you ideas & techniques so that you can respond to every situation with equanimity. Reducing stress, feeling more in control and feeling relaxed and at ease. Please feel free to join or share the post. All the sessions are free, please adhere to your own health & safety at all times. Yoga is for all, but not all yoga postures are for all too!! Therefore, we have developed a beginners yoga & meditation and relaxation sessions too! Which can all help to bring you to a state of calmness and wellbeing. Take the time out for you, as always you are worth it!

Yoga for Wellbeing
Monday & Friday 8.00-8.30am
Early morning class- start your morning with some yoga stretching, breathing exercises to reduce stress and mindful techniques to help you get through the day. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Yoga For Emotional Balance
Tuesday 6.30pm-7.00pm
Learn many different techniques we use with yoga postures, mudra’s, breathing and meditations that will help to promote emotional balance.

Yoga for Beginners
Monday 10.30-1100am
Gentle stretches, which can be practiced sitting or standing. Breathing exercises to help focus and meditation to promote wellbeing. This session starts from a beginners mind, helpful to those who have not practised yoga for a while or are new!

Yoga for preschool & Primary -
Monday 1200-1230 school Fun story telling yoga for pre and P1 – P3,
Fun exercises, breathing and meditations in a age appropriate, fun way

Resilience Yoga for P4-P7
Thursday 300-330pm
Resilience yoga for Teens
Thursday 330-400pm
Yoga Stretches, short breathing exercises and meditations and mindfulness all rolled into 1 class to give children & Young people different techniques to exercise, reduce stress and build resilience.


Family/Community Yoga
Thursday 5.00-5.30pm
Bringing everyone together of all ages, abilities and experience ( pets included)
Fun Yoga to help everyone connect together and promote a better sense of wellbeing and community spirit.

Yoga for men only
Wednesday 6.30-7.00pm
For men who wish to learn yoga techniques to help to restore balance, health and wellbeing.

Relaxation
Tuesday & Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm
Incorporating iRest yoga nidra & other relaxation techniques to help restore and balance, finding your equilibrium. The session is Trauma sensitive and can help promotes sleep, reduces stress and anxiety.

Meditations to Restore Balance
Friday 1030 -1100am
Learn different techniques to help focus and concentrate the mind, all of which help to promote wellbeing.

Meditations for beginners
Friday 1200 -1230
Start from the beginning learning the many benefits and different techniques to help focus and concentrate the mind, all of which help to promote positive wellbeing.
