Meet Liza Garcia, our incredible full-time night CT Tech who’s been with Complete Care for 8 amazing years! 💙

Liza is deeply respected and loved by her team — known for her passion, kindness, and unwavering professionalism. She brings a warm smile and genuine care to every patient and colleague she encounters.

Beyond work, Liza is the heart of her family and a proud mom to her daughter Ciara, who recently graduated from nursing school. She and her husband Tony celebrated 29 years of marriage this past May — and when it comes to travel, Bora Bora has her heart (she’s been twice!). 🏖️✨

Whether she’s enjoying concerts, cheering at baseball games, or caring for her beloved pets, Liza radiates compassion in everything she does.

We’re so grateful to have her as part of the Complete Care family. 💛

Kanisha brings extensive experience in recruitment, employee development, workforce planning, and more—driving HR success across healthcare, government, and beyond. 🏥💼 She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and proudly served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army.

Originally from Colorado, Kanisha recently relocated to Texas to be closer to family. She’s a proud mom of three teens, enjoys paddle boarding, and is learning to snowboard!

🥑 Have you heard of “avocado hand?” 🖐️

It is very common for patients to come into our ERs because they cut their hand while slicing an avocado. It’s so common, in fact, that we’ve named the injury “avocado hand!” They’re incredibly slippery!

Be safe when slicing those little green nuggets of gold. If you happen to suffer a knife mishap injury, head to a Complete Care ER ASAP. We’ll get you fixed up in no time!

Student Athlete of the Month: Frankie Barbella 🥍🎨

Frankie Barbella, a senior at Lake Travis High School, is a true standout on the lacrosse field and in the fashion world.

A 4-year varsity player, Frankie helped lead his team to a state championship as a freshman and earned all-district honorable mention in both his junior and senior years.

Off the field, Frankie shines just as bright. He’s the president of the LTHS Fashion Design Club and founder of Project Vintage (), a vintage clothing brand that’s made waves on social media and at pop-up events around Austin.

Frankie’s next chapter? He’s headed to the #1-ranked Parsons School of Design in NYC to pursue his passion for fashion.

Meet Jonathan: 28 Years of Compassionate Care 💙

Jonathan Ellis, RN, brings nearly three decades of experience to the Southlake team and a heart full of dedication.

From working in CCUs and Level 1 Trauma Centers to leading as a charge nurse in emergency departments across Kansas and California, Jonathan has seen it all. He joined the Complete Care family in 2015, first in Pantego before making Southlake his home base in 2017.

Jonathan is a devoted husband and proud father of three kids, ages 7, 14, and 22. Whether at work or at home, his passion for caring for others shines through.

He’s not only committed to top-tier patient care, but also to building meaningful relationships with his team and community. Jonathan believes in the Complete Care model and the positive impact it’s had on both his career and his family’s well-being.
