Sharing my friend, Michel's testimony on red light therapy mask with her baby...such amazing results

We’ve been using the mask on our 4 month old’s tummy for the last 4 days, just 2 to 5 minutes at a time twice a day!

Here’s what we’ve noticed

Have y’all ever tried red light therapy? 🔴✨

My friend’s gym has this machine called the Total Body Enhancement—basically a full-body red light therapy booth with a vibrating platform and frequency tones. 😍

You stand in it for 12 minutes while it:
• Emits red light to help with skin, collagen, and inflammation
• Vibrates (you choose the level!) to improve circulation and tone muscles
• Plays calming frequencies (my favorite part tbh)

It’s supposed to help with muscle recovery, skin tone, and even fine lines and wrinkles 👏🏼

I don’t go to the gym often, but when I do… it’s 100% for that machine 😂
