Our residents enjoyed an evening packed with casino fun, music, delicious snacks, and unforgettable memories with friends and staff. From rolling the dice to showing off their best poker faces, everyone had an amazing time bringing a little bit of Vegas right here to Azle Manor! ❤️♠️♦️♣️

Seeing the smiles, laughter, and excitement throughout the night reminds us how important joy, connection, and community truly are. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event such a success!

Our Mother’s Day celebration was filled with sweet treats, laughter, flowers, fellowship, and so many precious smiles. From cupcakes and tea to heartfelt conversations and special gifts, today was all about honoring the incredible women who have shared their love, wisdom, and strength with generations. 🌸🧁💐

We are so thankful for the memories made and the joy shared together. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms, grandmothers, and mother figures who make our community so special! 💖

We had an amazing time at our annual Spring Festival! From live music and a petting zoo hosted by our local Azle 4-H, to kids’ games, crafts, gift baskets, and plenty of hamburgers and hot dogs—there was something for everyone. Our residents, families, and community truly came together and made it a memorable day. A big thank you goes to Gentiva Hospice Azle Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation ExcelaCare Home Health Hippies Gone Silver Chris Journeay and our own wonderfully amazing staff, residents and families for making this event such a great success!
