Our Legacy Oaks of Azle family came together for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, with Connie and Mary lighting up the day with their joy and determination.

One of the most touching moments was seeing our Civitas team and sister communities form a tunnel for Connie as she finished the walk — step by step, she showed incredible strength.

We're so grateful for everyone who joined, supported, and made this day so meaningful. 🌟
